How long does it take for my products to be made and delivered?
Production and delivery time varies depending on the item(s) ordered, your customization options and your location. However, we always aim to deliver within 4 weeks from the date of your order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping prices within Klang Valley, Malaysia are included for all purchases above RM500.00 in one single order. For shipping to other areas within Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia or Singapore, please refer to our Shipping Method tab or contact us at hello@kinsenhome.com.my
Can I pick up my order direct from KINSEN HOME?
We are sorry to inform that currently our system do not support pick-up products directly.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, you will received an email stating your order details and intended delivery date. Follow-up calls will also be made from our delivery department. You may also contact us at 603-78430200 for further questions.
Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?
Yes. It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as our logistic system requires a signature as acknowledgement receipt of the goods.
My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?

How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
